   Judge Judy is right on the money. It’s a shame that they have a baby, they are way too young and are very irresponsible.
   I also want to comment on the person who posted a comment about Mexicans being criminals. I am a Mexican and I am a college graduate, mother of 3, wife of a wonderful and hard working Mexican. We homeschool our children and are devout Christians. So, I son’t see how we are criminals.

    greymolly I agree with both you and crazykathat1. I don’t believe she does background checks on all these cases. However, I do believe that if she needs information , she opens her file and pretends to have the info. You see in some cases where she doesn’t receive info from the litigant, she makes a phone call. I also believe alot of times she gets info from the other party in their declaration and she tests the opposing party by pretending she looked up the info.

    I don’t know for sure. If she is asking about convictions, she could have got the info in advance. If it’s something like a report to Child Protective Services that turns out to be dismissed, then I think the records are sealed afterwards. But mainly, I don’t think she bothers to do in-depth background checks on all these people before they arrive. What do you think, Ella?

    I think that some of it is part of the parent’s fault for how she was raised, probably him too….. but they are both adults now and they need to deal with the consequences of their behavior and take responsibility of their business.
