VA mortgages have been that way for years so if you qualify that would be the way to go. I personally do not recommend loans in which the buyer has no investment in the real estate because he or she takes no risk and without having something to lose it is easy to walk away.

This works against the buyer in the long run because the necessary habits of delayed gratification have not been formed. These habits form a foundation of staying power to see the loan paid off in timely payments.

If you don’t have savings in order to purchase real property then you will have difficulty keeping up with the many financial demands of being a home owner. The day after closing there will be something to repair, improve or change. You will spend more time in home improvement stores than you ever thought possible.

Recenlty my friend got Auto loan of 25000$ for 10 years on 3% which should be paid annually my friend doesnt have good credit his credit score is below 700 but still he got loan.
I asked him how you got ?

Well its not hard to buy a car anywhere but it depends on what interest rate your willing to deal with. My buddy is a finance manage or a big car dealership and well they can get you a loan but it depends on the interest rate in which they can get you the loan at. If your credit is bad be prepared to get screwed, sorry not trying to be mean but thats the just of it.

The bank is going to want to see how you will be paying your loan. You'll need to show a source of income or a bank statement which proves that you have funds for the car. In that situation, they may require a high down payment, or a cash payment on the car.

As long as the co-signer had a source of income, you can get the loan. O' course, if you don't make payments, it becomes the cosigner's debt to pay.
