I have had credit problems in the past and would like to get a 155k mortgage loan. My high score is 620 and would like to know if there are loans that will use the high score?

Some are very robotic and only live by regimented rules. Others take a more realistic look at your scores and income make a more informed decision.

I thought they all threw out your highest and lowest and went with your middle score…sorry.
