		<description>&lt;b&gt;yea, deed in lieu ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; yea, deed in lieu is a great idea until you find out your loan has been shuffled around the world, packaged into another CDO.  My bank wouldn&#039;t let me do a deed in lieu since Freddie Mac had bought the mortgage.</description>
