The biggest problem is liar loans were given to people who did’nt stand a chance or could afford in the first place, so no type of mod could work. Mortgage audit service I’m currently with me said, ” My current finances have nothing to do with modifying. They have to offer me a loan based on my income for the years of purchase.” All modifications are cover ups and scams!
