I Haven’t had my license long enough to be a sponsor for a road test, but would like to let my friend use my car for her road test, with her mother as her sponsor. (her car does not pass the standards) Do I have to be there if they use my car? I tried looking in the Driver’s Manual and on the RMV website, but it doesn’t specify. Please help if you have any idea. Thanks!

You can do this but it would be advisable for you to call your insurance company first and make sure that your friend will be covered in the event of some type of accident……
