   Most banks will address a vehicle purchase from a private sale the same way they look at unsecured debt. You can probably get an interest rate of 9.9% or so if you have decent credit. Assuming you have any kind of relationship with your bank, you might even be able to do a little better if you ask nicely, I’m really not joking
